Terms applying to booking requests made through BAALVION.

Requests, not confirmations

Submitting a request does not create a booking. Availability and final pricing are confirmed by the travel desk and the supplying partner.

Each booking is subject to the supplying partner's own terms, including cancellation, deposits and damage policies.

Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, insurance and health requirements.

Estimates shown in the trip builder include indicative taxes and fees and may change before confirmation.
