BAALVION requires clear, prominent disclosure of all sponsored content.
Requirement
Content produced under a sponsored journey or brand campaign must be identified as a paid or gifted partnership using the disclosure tools of each platform.
Placement
Disclosure must be visible without expanding captions or descriptions, and must appear in video as well as caption where required.
Platform rules
Creators must comply with the advertising rules applicable in their jurisdiction and with each platform's branded content policies.
Enforcement
Non-disclosed sponsored content may result in withheld payment, removal from campaigns or suspension from the network.
